Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18-43 years as on 01-01-2017. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC, STP, STH candidates is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed GNM/ B.Sc Nursing Course from a Govt Recognized Institute and have registered with the Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Council.

Application Fee: Candidates have to Pay Rs.250/- for General, Rs. 150/- for OBC/ MOBC, SC, ST (P) & ST (H) candidates through Treasury Challan to the head of Account “0210-M & PH – 01 – Urban Health Services – 800 – Other Receipts”. No fee for BPL Candidates.
