Age Limit: Candidates upper age should be 40 years for post-1 to 3, 6 & 7, 60 years for post-4, 65 years for post-5 as on 01-11-2017. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Govt.norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Graduation in Psychology/ Social work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human development for post-1, 2 with experience in social work related field, HSC pass & Good Communication skills for post-3, Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSC) with minimum 1 year experience after graduation or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum 2 years experience after diploma for post-4, GNM passed from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and have proficiency in local language for post-5, Higher secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized board/ institute with physics, chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the W.B State Medical Faculty/ AICTE for post-6, MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduation with Master in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration for post-7.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- for General, Rs. 50/- for reserved category in form of DD/ Banker’s Cheque in favour of DHFWS, Birbhum payable at Suri.
