Age Limit: Candidates upper age should be 63 years for Post 1, 10, 64 years for Post 2, 40 years for Post 3, 11, 12, 13, 62 years for Post 4, 22 to 62 years for Post 5, 60 years for Post 6, 7, 8, 9 as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Govt.norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS from a MCI recognized institute must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council for Post 1, GNM from an institute recognized by India Nursing Council with proficiency in Local Language for Post 2, have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology for Post 3, MBA/ PG Diploma in Management/ Health Administration for Post 4, Graduation in Commerce for Post 5, Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing for Post 6 with relevant experience. Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- for unreserved, Rs. 50/- for reserved (SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B and PWD) by demand draft to be issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of District Health and family Welfare Samiti, Basirhat Health District payable at Basirhat.
