Central Railway Recruitment Notification 2017 – Apply Online for Cultural Quota Posts

Railway Recruitment Cell–Central Railway has given an employment notification for the recruitment of Cultural Quota vacancies in Level 3/2 for the year 2017-18. Eligible (Citizen of India) candidates may apply online from 01-12-2017 at 11:00 hrs to 15-12-2017 at 17:00 hrs. 1. Harmonium player: 01 Post
2. Western Instrument player: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-28 years as on 01-01-2018. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC candidates as per rules. For more information refer the notification.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. (50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen) or Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or Passed Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT with Possession of degree/ diploma/ certificate in music/ dance/ drama etc. from Government recognized Institute.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test followed by a Practical Demonstration.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- for other category, Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen/ PWD/ Women/ Minorities & EBC candidates through online payment gateway by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking/ SBI Challan etc.
