Competition Commission of India has invited the post of Director (Law).

Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- (+Grade Pay = Rs. 8,900/-).

Age Limit : 40 to 45 years.

Application Fee : Rs. 600/- [No fee for SC & ST candidates].

• Fe should be submitted through Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favor of “Competition Commission of India (Competition Fund) Account” payable at “Delhi”.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have Ph.D. in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized university and 8 years experience in the relevant field. OR Should have Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university and 10 years experience in the relevant filed. OR Must have Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized university and 12 years experience in the relevant field.
