Competition Commission of India has invited the post of Adviser (Law).

No. Of Posts : 01 Post.

Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- (+Grade Pay = Rs. 10,000/-).

Age Limit : 45 to 50 years.

Application Fee : Rs. 600/- [No fee for SC & ST candidates].

• Fe should be submitted through Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favor of “Competition Commission of India (Competition Fund) Account” payable at “Delhi”.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have Ph.D. Degree in Competition Law or equivalent and 13 years experience in the relevant field. OR Must have Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent and 15 years experience in the relevant field. OR Should have Bachelor of Law or equivalent and 17 years experience in the relevant field.
