National Health Mission has invite the post of State Vaccine & Logistic Manager on Contract basis.

Pay Scale : Rs. 15,000/- p.m.

Age Limit : Age as on (30.11.2015), 18 to 45 years.

Application Fee : Rs. 200/- (For UR Candidates) & Rs. 100/- (For SC/OBC/IRDP candidates).

• Fee should be submitted through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Mission Director, NHM, HP” payable at “Shimla-9”.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have 10+2 with in Science. AND Must have Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institute registered with HP Pharmacy Council. AND Must have PGDCA from recognized University.

Application Process : Eligible & Interested candidates are requested to send their duly filled-in application in the given prescribed application format along with requisite fee and all other requisite documents to the “Mission Director, National Health Mission, SDA Complex, Shimla-171009”, on or before last date mentioned above.
