JPSC Recruitment 2016 – 140 Asst Director/ Sub Divisional Agril Officer Posts: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), Ranchi has announced notification for the recruitment of 140 Assistant Director/ Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer & Equivalent vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online from 10-12-2015 at 02:00 PM to 09-01-2016 till 12:00 Midnight. Post Details:
1. Category 1 (Agronomy): 13 posts
2. Category 2 (Agri.Engg.): 36 posts
3. Category 3 (Agri.Chemistry): 24 posts
4. Category 5 (Plant Protection): 22 posts
5. Category 7 (Horticulture): 22 posts
6. Category 8 (Weights Measurement & Marketing): 03 posts
7. Category 9 (Statistics): 20 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years for Unreserved, 37 years for BC category-I/ II, 38 years for Female (Unreserved)/ BC category-I/ II, 40 years for SC/ ST (Male & Female) as on 01-08-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduate in Agriculture Science from Recognized University for S.No.1, 3, 4 Graduate in Agriculture Engineering from Recognized University for Category S.No.2, Graduate in any one stream Horticulture/ Forestry/ Agriculture Science from Recognized University S.No.5, Physics (Hon’s) or Graduate in any one stream Agriculture Science/ Engineering from Recognized University for S.No.6, Graduate in any one stream Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics from Recognized University for S.No.7.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Exam & Interview.

Exam Fee: Candidates have to pay Online/ Offline Mode.
 

Online Mode: General, BC-I/ BC-II candidates has to pay Rs.400/- for Exam Fee + for Bank Charges & SC/ ST candidates of Jharkhand has to pay Rs.100/- for Exam Fee + Bank Charges) through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
 

Offline Mode: Those who are paying through offline mode they need to download chhallan from the website www.jpsc.gov.in through SBI. Handicapped candidates (minimum 40% of Disability) are exempted from exam fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.jpsc.gov.in from 10-12-2015 at 02:00 PM to 09-01-2016 till 12:00 Midnight.
