Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Masters degree in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Neuroscience or any related subject with NET/ GATE qualification for Post No. 01, B.Tech (ECE or EE) or M.Tech (ECE or EE) or M.Sc. Physics with specialization in (Photonics or Electronics) for Post No. 02 & :B.Tech. or M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Computer Science Engg with 8.0 CGPA or 70% marks for Post No. 03 & M. Tech/ ME/ MS (by Research) or equivalent in Electronics & Comm. Engg./ Computer Science Engg. with minimum 70% marks or 8.0/10 CGPA for Post No. 04.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of IIT Kharagpur payable at Kharagpur. Application fee will be exempted to female and SRF candidates.
