Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 64 years as on 01-12-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS/ Equivalent/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS Degree & must be registered for Post No.1, GNM for Post No.2, B.Sc Nursing or GNM course & Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration council for Post No.3, 12th standard & ANM course for Post No.4, Degree of Diploma in Pharmacy & Registered with Pharmacy council for Post No.5, DMLT/ BMLT course with Registered with CG paramedical for Post No.6, 8th class for Post No.7 & 8, Graduation with atleast 01 year diploma in Computer Application for Post No.9, 12th standard with atleast 01 year Diploma in Computer Application for Post No.10.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Screening test/ Interview/ Skill test/ Merit/ Experience/ Document Verification.

Application Fee: Candidates who expect < 25000/- have to pay Rs.400/- (Rs.200/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women), Candidates who expect > 25000/- have to pay Rs.650/- (Rs.350/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women) in the Demand draft through any Nationalized Bank in favour of District Health Society Dhamtari.
