DHFWS Malda Jobs Notification 2016 – Apply for MO & Lab Technician Posts

Office of the Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti (DHFWS), Malda has announced notification for the recruitment of Medical Officer (SNCU) & Lab Technician (ICTC) vacancies on contract basis. Eligible Male & Female candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 02-02-2016 for Lab Technician and attend for walk in interview on 05-02-2016 for Medical Officer Posts. DHFWS Malda Vacancy Details:

Name of the Post:
1. Medical Officer (SNCU): 03 posts
2. Lab Technician: (ICTC): 04 posts

Age Limit: Medical Officer candidates age should be be below 65 years & upto 60 (preference will be 25 to 40 years) for Lab Technician as on 01-01-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS from a recognized Institution with 01 year compulsory Internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council for Medical Officer, Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.) with minimum 01 year experience after graduation OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 02 years experience after Diploma for Lab Technician.

Selection Process: Medical Officer candidates selection will be based on academic qualification, experience, extracurricular activities & interview (Written test, Computer test & Interview for for Lab Technician).

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for Reserved candidates) by Demand Draft in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Malda

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested mark sheet & certificate of all exam passed, admit card (madhyamik or equivalent) for age proof, caste certificate (where applicable), registration certificate of Medical council (for Medical Officer), computer qualification certificate (where applicable), experience, technical knowledge certificate (if any), residential proof (voter ID card/ ration card/ adhaar card/ passport/ certificate from competent authority etc., ID proof- voter ID card/ ration card/ adhaar card/ passport etc., with 02 copies of self signed colour passport size recent photographs to the Office the Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare Samity & Chief Medical Officer of Health, Malda, P.O:- Jhaljhalia (J.R.C.), Malda, Pin – 732 102 on or before 02-02-2016 for Lab Technician and Medical Officer candidates can attend for walk in interview on 05-02-2016 at 09:30 AM.
