recruitment of 34 Junior Research Fellow & Research Associate
vacancies for various departments. Eligible candidates may apply in

Age Limit: Candidates
age should be 28 years for JRF & 35 years for RA as on the last date
for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for
SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC candidates as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Ph.D in Physics/ Material Science or Ph.D in
Physics/ Electronics having area of expertise related to design/
fabrication of Semiconductor devices for S.No – 1, Post Graduation
degree in Physics/ Electronics/ Chemistry with first division with NET
qualification for S.No – 2 & 3 Posts.
