APSC Vacancy Details:

Name of the Post: Junior Administrative Assistant

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-43 years as on 01-01-2017. 05 years of Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline (Arts, Science and Commerce) from a recognized University & 06 months Diploma/ Certificate in Computer proficiency from a recognized institute with must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent of any operating system, i.e. MS Windows, Linux, MAC etc.) such as word processor, spread sheet, presentation graphics, concept of database, internet and email.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on OMR based written test, Precis writing, Computer Practical Test & Viva-voce/ interview.

Exam Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.250/- for General, Rs.150/- for SC/ ST candidates, Fees should be deposited only through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC”.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application affixing recent photograph along with Original copy of Challan, self attested photocopies of Certificate/ Mark Sheet from HSLC onwards, Caste/ Registration Certificate/ Experience Certificates to Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission 01-12-2017 during office hours.
