has announced notification for the recruitment of Junior Administrative 
Assistant vacancies under the Establishment of Assam Public Service 
Commission. Eligible candidates can apply on or before 01-12-2017. Other

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-43 years as on 01-01-2017. 05 years of Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST candidates.
Educational Qualification:
 Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline (Arts, Science 
and Commerce) from a recognized University & 06 months Diploma/ 
Certificate in Computer proficiency from a recognized institute with 
must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools 
(independent of any operating system, i.e. MS Windows, Linux, MAC etc.) 
such as word processor, spread sheet, presentation graphics, concept of 
database, internet and email.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on OMR based written test, Precis writing, Computer Practical Test & Viva-voce/ interview.
Exam Fee: Candidates 
have to pay Rs.250/- for General, Rs.150/- for SC/ ST candidates, Fees 
should be deposited only through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account
 “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC”.
How to Apply: Eligible 
candidates can send their application affixing recent photograph along 
with Original copy of Challan, self attested photocopies of Certificate/
 Mark Sheet from HSLC onwards, Caste/ Registration Certificate/ 
Experience Certificates to Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission 
01-12-2017 during office hours. The name of the post applied for should 
be clearly written in “bold letters” in the Envelope containing the 
application form.
