Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 43 years for General, 48 years for SC/ ST and 46 years for OBC candidates as on 15-01-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full Time MBA/ MSW/ Post Graduation Diploma in Management from Govt recognised University/ Institute with specialization in HRM/ PM/ IR as Major subject with 60% marks.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
