Application Fee : Rs. 200/- (For GEN/OBC (A) & OBC (B)) AND Rs. 70/- (For SC/ST & PH candidates).

• Fee should be submitted through Challan at any branch of United Bank of India.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have MBBS Degree from a recognized University and duly registered in Medical Council.
