Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has announced notification for the recruitment of 294 Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Assistant Workshop Superintendent, Training & Placement Officer vacancies. Eligible Resident of Chhattisgarh Physically Handicapped candidates can apply online from 15-01-2016 at 12:00 pm to 13-02-2016 till 11:59 pm. 1. Professor (Engineering College): 09 posts
2. Associate Professor (Engineering College): 20 posts
3. Assistant Professor (Engineering College): 43 posts
4. Head of the Department (Polytechnic Institute): 44 posts
5. Lecturer (Polytechnic Institute): 149 posts
6. Training & Placement Officer: 03 posts
7. Assistant Workshop Superintendent: 26 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 30 years for Post No.3, 5, not exceed 50 years for Post No.2, 58 years for Post No.1 as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules. Refer the coggigendum for complete details.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.E./ B.Tech & M.E./ M.Tech with Ph.D in relevant Engineering discipline for Professor, Associate Professor (Engineering college), Degree & PG in relevant Engineering/ IT branch for HOD, Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ IT for Assistant Workshop Superintendent, MBA (HR) with first class/ equivalent for Training & Placement Officer. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Online Exam & Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 300/- for Chhattisgarh State SC/ ST, OBC (Non Creamy layer) & PH Candidates, Rs. 400/- for Other candidates & Non residents of Chhattisgarh candidates + Rs.15/- for Portal charges (for Making corrections), Fee can be pay through Credit card/ Debit card/ Internet Banking/ Cash Deposit.
