Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 40 years for S.No-01, 30 years for S.No-02 as on 01-11-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable 3 years for OBC Candidates and 5 years in case of SC/ ST candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have MOT 1st Cl Motor Certificate issued under Merchant shipping Act 1958 and one year post qualification experience as Chief Engineer/ 2nd Engineer on board a foreign going ship for S.No-01, Degree or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engg from a recognized institution for S.No-02.
