Age Limit: Candidates
age should be below 40 years for post 1, 3, 63 years for post 2 as on
01-01-2016.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as
per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Graduation from any recognized university
with atleast one year Diploma Certificate course in computer application
for post 1, MBBS from MCI recognized Institute for post 2, Higher
Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized board for post 3.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for reserved categories)
through Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank in favour of District
Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Hooghly payable at UBI, Chinsurah.
